regular scones

Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat to 350 °F (180 °C). Once the oven is ready, remove the scones from the freezer, select the desired quantity from the package and place them on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes or until lightly browned [convection oven: 325 °F (162 °C) for 34 to 38 minutes]. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes on the sheet to allow the scones soak up all that butter.

Enjoy it plain, with crème fraiche or your favourite jam.

Store up to 3 days in the fridge. For the best experience, reheat in a conventional or countertop oven.

Cooking time and temperature may vary on the type of oven.

Should the scones thaw unintentionnally, they may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in their vacuum-sealed packaging and baked according to usual instructions.

If the bag is no longer vacuum-selaed, bake scones immediately.
