Baking method

- OVEN -

Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F (180°C). Once the temperature is reached, remove the scones from the freezer, chose the desired quantity from the packaging and place them on parchment paper on a baking tray. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes or until lightly browned [convection oven: 325°F (162°C) for 34 to 38 minutes]. Leave to rest for 5 to 10 minutes on the baking sheet to allow the scones to absorb as much butter as possible. 

To be enjoyed plain, with crème fraîche or your favorite jam. Keeps up to 3 days in the fridge. For the best experience, reheat in a conventional or countertop oven.

Cooking time and temperature may vary from oven to oven.

If the scones unfortunately defrost, store them in the refrigerator, vacuum-packed, for a maximum of 3 days. Cook according to usual directions. If the bag is no longer vacuum-sealed, cook immediately. 

Can be frozen once cooked.
